The Community & Regional Affairs Committee has considered:                     
                                                                               
HOUSE BILL NO. 200                                                            
"An Act relating to exemptions for municipal property taxes for               
certain primary residences; relating to property tax equivalency               
payments for certain residents; and providing for an effective                 
date."                                                                         
                                                                               
and recommends it be replaced with:                                            
                                                                               
CS FOR HOUSE BILL NO. 200(CRA)                                                
"An Act relating to the determination of full and true value of               
taxable  property  in a  municipality;  relating to  exemptions for

property tax equivalency payments for certain residents; and
